2-Day Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (D. Kato & K. Manning '09)

This CBH course is specially produced for hypnotherapists by David Kato who has been successfully using CBT for 14 years. Part of the course is applied to gaining theoretical knowledge, including assessment, planning action, intervention and evaluation skills. The remaining time will focus on harnessing what you have learned, and various scenarios. This will involve minor to major mental health problems including, anxiety states, panic disorder, OCD, depression, insomnia, eating disorders, IBS, stress, reducing weight, to name a few.
