You may not become America's Next Top Model, but you can certainly incorporate the process and structure that makes the model or any other peak performer successful. The primary objective of modeling is to take a skill intrinsic to one person's behavior and transfer that skill to another person. One of the key features of high performance is that it seems so easy and natural, and what usually distinguishes top performance from mediocre is knowing what behaviors and accompanying thought processes to choose in a specific situation.

• How to access evidence procedures used by an expert to determine goal-related progress.
• How to fine-tune and/or increase abilities that you already possess.
