✨ A Hypnosis Professional Development Event ✨
For more than fifty years, the work of pioneers such as Milton Erickson, Dave Elman, and Bandler & Grinder has shaped the foundations of hypnosis, NLP, and transformational change. Their contributions sparked a revolution—one that continues to evolve.
The Next Generation explores what has emerged since those early frameworks: approaches that are more collaborative, embodied, identity-aware, and client-driven. This weekend brings together leading voices who represent how modern change work has grown—moving beyond scripts, rigid techniques, and trance depth toward relevance, responsiveness, and real human experience.
Across two immersive days, participants will experience how contemporary practitioners:
-
Co-create change with clients rather than apply techniques to them
-
Work with identity, story, metaphor, and embodied knowing
-
Honor nervous system intelligence and personal meaning
-
Integrate classic principles into flexible, ethical, and modern practice
This is not about replacing the past—but about standing on its shoulders and exploring what truly creates transformation today.
Weekend Schedule:

Session Information:
James Tripp | The Art of Co-Creative Trancework
What truly determines whether a client engages deeply in change?
It’s not trance depth—it’s personal relevance.
In this experiential session, James Tripp challenges the overreliance on stock protocols and scripted processes that can unintentionally distance clients from their own transformation. Instead, he introduces a co-creative, real-time approach that keeps the work alive, responsive, and deeply meaningful.
Participants will learn how to:
-
Co-create hypnotic processes with clients as experiences unfold
-
Blend David Grove’s Clean Language principles with Ericksonian strategies
-
Work script-free while maintaining structure, precision, and depth
-
Create interactive trance flows that feel natural, personal, and powerful
This is not about discarding what you already know—but about unlocking a more adaptive framework that makes your existing skills more flexible, responsive, and impactful.

James works extensively with armed forces veterans and London Metropolitan Police through Rock2Recovery UK and teaches internationally through workshops, online courses, and one-on-one coaching.
Michael Harris | Beyond Erickson: What Actually Changes People
While many hypnotic methods focus on inductions, scripts, and language patterns, the most reliable and lasting change often occurs before formal hypnosis even begins—at the level of identity organization.
In this session, Michael Harris explores how identity shifts start forming through calibration, conversational positioning, and subtle language structures that guide the nervous system toward change naturally and ethically.
Participants will discover how to:
-
Recognize when identity is already reorganizing
-
Speak from emerging identity rather than trying to create it
-
Create change without force, resistance, or confrontation
-
Apply these principles across hypnosis, NLP, therapy, and coaching
The presentation includes live demonstrations, experiential learning, and practical frameworks that can be used immediately.
Bio

Annette Dubreuil | Focusing: A Deep Embodied Practice to Listen to Your Inner Knowing
Focusing is a powerful, accessible method for listening to the body’s inner intelligence—a knowing that exists before emotions, images, or words.
In this workshop, Annette introduces the six simple steps of Focusing developed by philosopher Eugene Gendlin. Through guided, embodied exercises, participants will learn how to access the felt sense—the subtle bodily awareness that carries insight, clarity, and direction.
Participants will experience:
-
A resourcing exercise for grounding and calm
-
A guided Focusing process to explore a real-life issue
-
Creative recording using felt sense body cards
-
A demonstration of how to guide others in Focusing
-
Group reflection and Q&A
This session offers a deeply experiential way to access intuition, creativity, and inner wisdom.

Dale Turnbull | Stories Through the Stars: Dancing with Dichotomies
Human beings live by stories—and those stories often contain polarities that keep us stuck.
In this metaphor-rich, hands-on workshop, Dale Turnbull invites participants to explore storytelling as a form of change work. Using the imagery of constellations and stars, participants learn how to help clients navigate inner dichotomies and integrate seemingly opposing aspects of identity.
Participants will learn how to:
-
Work with metaphor and narrative to shift perspective
-
Help clients move through internal polarities
-
Create new story paths that foster integration and insight
-
Apply storytelling techniques immediately in client work
This is storytelling as transformation—creative, experiential, and practical.
